- Project coordination: coordination of services across business lines, coordinate samples and test reports,
lead-time control, maintaining status in internal and external systems
- Assisting and supporting KA activities generally
- Self driven problem solving
- Maintenance and update of KA templates, workflows, databases
- Preparation of tenders/ quotations/ pricing
- Monitoring if service is according to basic KA requirements (reports, documents, promote corrective actions, etc.)
- Project preparation: smooth internal + external communication, information collection, project set up
- Archiving of reports, documents and information
- Project consolidation: invoicing, invoice troubleshooting
Job Requirement:
- University degree preferably in Engineering or Business
- Fluency in English
- Good competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skill
- at least 2 years project management experience
