Job Responsibilities:
Determines project scope, develops a preliminary plan of certification office/ channel resource, and determines project specifications such as cost, time, and sample requirements by analyzing client input, available supplemental data, and product construction.
Initiates communication with clients to promote and explain the benefits of new and existing services. Follows up on contacts from clients.
Communicates with clients to discuss technical and document issues, explain specific mark procedures and requirements, convey project cost, and negotiate completion date and sample requirements. Acts to address client concerns and to resolve client issues. Provides technical assistance to clients in reference to product inspection and follow-up services.
Establishes appropriate project plan by reviewing files and manufacturer's information, examining samples, and applying specific mark requirements. Is familiar with applicable standards, company manuals and appropriate mark requirement. Check all submitted document if they meet requirement, support and guide client to complete all document if necessary Coordinates between client , engineering team, CO team, external channel, and other necessary parties including internal and external, and make sure project process smoothly and meet client’s Communicates project status and results to clients through frequent contact and by preparing reports. Prepares Follow-Up Service Procedures and information pages.
Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
Resolves project related issues associated with project
Performs other duties as directed.
Job Requirements:
Detailed knowledge of the global market access requirement and channels
Ability to apply project-handling concepts in use in area of expertise.
Some University Education ( Associate's degree) in a related discipline.
3 years directly related work experience required
Fluent English skills in oral and written.
