依CTIA OTA working group F2F meeting的决议，CTIA OTA 测试标准 v3.3版将于2014/11/1开始强制执行。
新版本异动简列如下:
• LTE
- Adds 3GPP Bands FDD 26 and TDD 41 for TRP, TIS, and A-GPS OTA for LTE
- Removed Requirement for BHHR/BHHL testing for LTE when Voice is not Supported in LTE
• Added Free-Space Limits for CDMA 2100/1700
• A - GPS OTA Updates
- Allow GPS Antenna Pattern Derived in One Operating Band to be Used in Alternate Cellular Operating Bands
- Removed Requirement for BHHR/BHHL testing for AGPS w/LTE when Voice is not Supported in LTE
• Additional Test Time Reduction Items
- Removed Requirement to Test Non-Primary Mechanical Modes at Low and High Frequencies
- Removed Requirement for GSM Hand-only Testing
- Removed Requirement for GPRS, CDMA 1xRTT data and CDMA 1xEVDO ICD testing if Primary Mode is Acceptable
