巴西ANATEL 发布新的第13423 号法案。旧法案第3481号法案将仅在2023 年10 ⽉21⽇被撤销，并且在此之前可以选择使⽤新法案第5159号。

因此，从2022 年10 ⽉26 ⽇到2023 年10 ⽉21 ⽇，充电器制造商将可以选择依据第3481/2019 号法案（旧法案）或第5159/2022 号法案（新法案）来符合要求。

Brazil ANATEL had issued an inform letter 108/2022 to published the new Act 13423 with new Mobile Phone Charger requirements. This new act defines that the old Act 3481 will be revoked only on Oct. 21st 2023 and the use of the new Act 5159 is optional until then.

Thus, from Oct. 26th 2022 to Oct. 21st 2023 charger manufacturers will be able to choose between the requirements approved by Act

3481/2019 (Old Act) or by the requirement approved by Act 5159/2022(New Act).
